Crafting a Holistic Skin Care Regimen - Tuesday, 11/27 from 6:30 - 8:30
Get insider knowledge of the products and techniques that make holistic skin care so beneficial. This workshop is appropriate and extremely helpful for complete novices in skin care as well as seasoned professionals. Rituals of Beauty - Tuesday, 12/11 from 6:30-8:30
In addition to a daily regimen, Functional Rituals are a lovely way to keep the skin functioning optimally and giving it that boost it needs to prevent and resolve hyperpigmentation, sun damage, acne scars, wrinkles and uneven skin tone. Learn how to boost the body’s antioxidant response element with topical products, diet/lifestyle considerations, and a type of facial massage we call Fascia Lymphatic Manipulation (similar to Gua Sha) that feels great and provides impressive results.

Body Mind Alignment for the New Year - Tuesday, 1/1 from 6:30 - 8:30
When your body and mind are in alignment you are able to tune into the energetic hum of the universe. In this state of alignment you release your mind’s grip on the physical world, allowing the flow of energy to pass around and through you, finding specifically the areas where you need a tune-up and delivering them instantaneous healing love and a subtle body pep-talk.

In this workshop, you will experience the deeply satisfying and relaxing process of Body-Mind Alignment. You will be guided through a Facial Point Stimulation massage that is punctuated with Grounding Energy (similar to reiki), mantras, abundant use of incredible crystals, and sound healing with our Elemental Balancing Bells. You will also get self-care recommendations to help you grow out of your current concerns and conditions. This includes:
-Specific Facial Massages for you to use at home
-Breathing Techniques
-Holistic Self-Care Worksheets

Diet for Incredibly Good Skin - Tuesday, 1/15 from 6:30 - 8:30
Gain a better understanding of how nutrition plays a role in the overall health and vibrancy of the skin and how to pinpoint exactly what may be missing in your diet to improve your overall wellness and vitality.
