Glad Tidings Herbal Tea
Ingredients: Lemon Balm, Hibiscus, & Rooibos
Whole Leaf Tea for celebrating inner and outer warmth during the winter season.
Raw honey can be added for additional health benefits.
How to Make:
• Scoop loose tea into heat safe vessel (2 tsp per cup or 2 Tbsp in a tea pot)
• Pour boiling water over herbs--let steep for 5-10 minutes (until pink) and remove herbs from water.
• Pour into cup for immediate use or can be kept in refrigerator for up to 2 days.
*Not recommended during pregnancy/nursing as Hibiscus can be stimulating.
