Ingredients: Peppermint, Hibiscus, & Rooibos

1 oz

Whole Leaf Tea for celebrating inner and outer warmth during the winter season. {Use} Pour 8oz of boiling water over 2 tsp of tea and steep until pink (10 -15 minutes.) Strain and enjoy.
Raw honey can be added for additional health benefits.

*Not recommended during pregnancy/nursing as Hibiscus can be stimulating.
