INDICATIONS FOR TRANSITIONAL USE AS A TEA:
Stress Bumps from lower front and back of ears to down neck on the sides and in back.

FREQUENCY FOR TRANSITIONAL USE AS A TEA: Drink 1 cup per day for 2 weeks. Take a 2 day break and see how you feel. If you want to continue daily, drink 1 cup per day for 5 days on and two days off each week until it no longer feels necessary and then use acutely.

INDICATIONS FOR ACUTE USE AS A TEA:
• Feeling a little bit of a “buzzy, anxious” stress (even if you don’t have a “reason”)
• Memories of the past feel a little too overwhelming
• Grief, feelings of loss, such as with the passing of a loved one

FREQUENCY FOR ACUTE USE AS A TEA: 1 cup as needed.

INDICATIONS FOR TOPICAL USE: Makes an excellent hair rinse, especially in the case of hair loss de to trauma or stress.

FREQUENCY FOR TOPICAL USE: Can be used 1-2 times/week or once per month. You may also add 1 oz Apple Cider Vinegar added to 1 cup of 10 Minute Remembrance.

CONTRAINDICATIONS: There are no known contraindications for the herbs in this tea, although rosemary is not appropriate in high doses during pregnancy and heavy usage while breastfeeding may reduce milk production.

Brewing Instructions:
1 tbsp per cup water
Pour boiled hot water over herbs
Steep exactly 10 minutes (set a timer if necessary)
Press herbs after 10 minutes and transfer to storage vessel.
Store in refrigerator for up to 3 days
Serve hot or cold
