
Daily movement is very important part of life that will keep you healthy and leave your skin glowing. Gym routines, trampoline bouncing, daily walks, yoga classes or bicycle rides are beautiful ways of getting more movement into your life, but there are many small things that you can do during your day for even more benefits! One thing I like to do is calf stretches and squats while I brush my teeth!
